Alex Cho (Kickboxing)
Alex started Taekwondo at 12 years old and quickly earned my 2nd degree in 4 years. As a young adult Alex then started training in Karate in which he got my 2nd degree as well. Fitness is more than exercise to him, it’s a way of life that he loves. Outside of martial arts Alex lifts weights and play in a band. If anyone needs any fitness/nutrition advice you can come up to him after class and he’d be glad to help.
