When you first walk in the door, you will be greeted by our friendly staff with a big smile and a big IMG_9700“Hello”!

 

We know that it can be a little intimidating on your first visit to a “Boxing & Fitness Gym.” We are sensitive to that and try to make you feel as if you are in your second home. We recommend coming in 20 minutes before class to check in, look around, and receive some instruction on fundamentals. If you are under the age of 18 you must have one of your parents come in and sign a permission slip.

All classes are taught by experienced boxers and kick boxers who will motivate and encourage you.

 

Through an intense hour long – calorie burning – full body workout - where you will lose weight, build lean muscle mass and increase your cardio endurance. Our instructors all have their different styles and personalities, so no two workouts are ever alike. We will lend you a pair of gloves for your first class, but for the safety and protection of your hands and wrists, you must either bring your own hand wraps or be prepared to purchase a pair of hand wraps ($12) from us. We will wrap your hands for you.

 

 

Checking In

Most members and guests arrive wearing the clothes they are going to workout in. However, we do have limited lockers and shower facilities you are welcome to use. Classes are challenging and it is important that you do not eat too much before class or show up hungry with no energy. If you are not able to perform a certain exercise, let the instructor know and he/she will suggest a modification for you.
