Our workouts mirror an actual fighter’s training routine without the fight. Using a heavy bag, gloves, jump rope, timer and music, you will build cardio endurance and muscle tone. Classes are taught in a group setting to increase participation and intensity while teaching basic fighting techniques as you enjoy a full body boxing workout.

School Programs

Champion Boxing offers a fun, educational program to promote healthy living, self-confidence, and leadership in the Montgomery County Public School system (MCPS). Each program varies in length (8 weeks – 3 months), depending on what the school requires. Under the watchful eye of our trained instructors, students will participate in drills and activities that promote balance, hand-eye coordination, speed, power and much more.
