During our boxing courses, an instructor will guide you through a work-out that mimics the pros — just be ready to put on a pair of gloves and tear into a heavy bag. Increase your strength and stamina as you learn the art of throwing a hook, jab and uppercut. Keep your hands up and your chin tucked in as you learn the skills necessary to take control, defend yourself, and push yourself to a higher level of fitness during our boxing courses.

My classes are all about cardio and boxing technique – the real work behind the job! Students who take my classes get both a high-intensity and interval-training workout while also squeezing in a solid ab workout. I like to think my classes stand out from the pack with my not-so-mainstream music selection of Rock, R&B, and country! Come on by!
