I’VE BEEN WITH CHAMPION SINCE IT OPENED IN 2011
I started MMA and Kickboxing training when I was 5 years old and began competing in Tae Kwan Do at age 10 and Kickboxing at the age of 18.
In my classes, we focus on combinations and having a lot of power behind kicks. Those who take my class know that I like to joke around and have a good time, but the focus is on high-intensity training and a good abs workout while we jam to my favorite Rap and Hip-Hop songs.
