With over 15 years of elite coaching experience, Herbert Hawkins is recognized as one of the best mitt men in the city. Known for his precision, energy, and attention to detail, Herbert has trained professional fighters at the highest levels, helping athletes sharpen their hand speed, punching power, and overall conditioning. A decorated amateur in the early 1980s and the 1985 Novice Golden Glove Champion, Herbert transitioned his in-ring experience into a successful coaching career. He’s worked with Golden Glove winners, national champions, and world-level talent—including IBF Intercontinental Title Champion Alexandru Marin.
