Kickboxing is a high-intensity full body workout combining boxing, martial arts and aerobics. You will be amazed as you kick your way to a new level of fitness. Your self-confidence will soar as you challenge yourself to learn new skills, gain flexibility and coordination. This non-contact class will tone and strengthen your arms, legs, shoulders and abs.
