Class details

Our Boot Camp is a rigorous HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) full body workout that incorporates fundamental movements to increase your strength, balance and flexibility, all while burning fat and pushing your cardio vascular endurance to its maximum.  HIIT training is a technique that requires a 100% all-out effort with quick, intense periods of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This method of training results in a higher calorie burn as you build your cardio endurance through anaerobic exercise.
