Release your aggression and anxiety as you perform an actual Champion prize fighter’s workout routine. You don’t have to be a professional fighter to enjoy training for the next big fight. During our boxing courses, an instructor, listed on the side, will guide you through a work-out that mimics the pros — just be ready to put on a pair of gloves and tear into a heavy bag. Increase your strength and stamina as you learn the art of throwing a jab, hook and uppercut. Keep your hands up and your chin tucked in as you learn the skills necessary to take control, defend yourself, and push yourself to a higher level of fitness during our boxing courses.
