Guy has served in the Israeli Defense force as a sniper and fought in two wars, embarked on numerous tours of duty, and received the prestigious "warriors pin". Guy has experience in instructing Krav Maga/self defense to many different types of students. He is well versed in the craft, bringing stalwart military attitude to high intensity workouts, creating a sense of “unit” for all participants. Guy draws out the best of his clients by constantly challenging you in new ways, fostering their strengths, and fortifying their weaknesses.
Johnny Garcia has been boxing since the age of 16. He is the head coach for the youth program at champion boxing fitness. Johnny has developed his understanding and knowledge of boxing through the 8 years of experience he has had training alongside professionals and many great fighters in the DMV area. He trains hard to the best of his abilities and expects nothing less from his students. He enjoys building up the lives of the future generation just like boxing did for him.
Matthew Colman started Boxing at the age of 21. In that time, he has trained with two amateur world champions three national Golden Gloves champions. 2 Olympic boxing team members. He has also trained with the former WBC & IBF World welterweight title (Shawn Porter). Matthew has trained with Coach Kenny porter who is a Level 4 USA Boxing Association Trainer, he has work alongside several coaches such as Bruce Babashan and Coach Robert Crawford who are considered to be one of the premier boxing trainers in the Washington, DC area. His students consist of William Joppy Super Middleweight Champion of the World 38-4-1 and the list goes on. Matthew loves the sweet science of boxing and gets his biggest joy in teaching it.
