As a head personal trainer I’ve gained experience in managing clients and trainers. Since 2008, I’ve strengthened my expertise in creating workout regimens consisting of weightlifting, stretching, conditioning, and most importantly nutrition based improvement. My clientele has been comprised of people of all shapes, sizes, professionals, and beginners ranging from 6 to 96. My goal throughout training is to encourage all clients to use proper technique while utilizing free range of motion exercises to execute an exercise. As Director, I am responsible for meeting with new members for consults and offering our services to help improve each members weight loss experience. My duties for my trainers consist of coordinating dates and times with new clients. As well as checking in with clients to make sure they are attaining there goals.

A well-rounded Martial Artist since age 6. Roshon’s teaching style is a combination of explosive conditioning, low impact strength training and technique drilling to equal a work out fit for a true champion.
    William is an American retired professional boxer who competed from 1993 – 2011.   He held the WBA Middleweight title three times between 1996 and 2003.   William teaches his classes with the love and dedication he has always for to the sport.   His students love his choice of Motown tunes during class.       Tu has been coaching since 2013.   When he joined Champion Boxing & Fitness, he started competing as an amateur and instantly fell in love with boxing. Tu loves to help bring out the potential in people and to help them reach their fitness goals.   The most common advice that Tu often tells members is “do the best you can because every day in every way you will get better and better as a result”. Tu’s training style is tough and dynamic. He will push you to your limits with intense and methodical training.
