Specializes in boxing. Brient started late in boxing but if he had the choice to start early he definitely would have. He is one of the boxing coaches in the kids boxing team and an amateur boxer working to go up the ladder.
    Nate has been practicing Martial Arts since he was in middle school and has been boxing since 2010, two of those years were as an amateur.   Nate has been an instructor since 2015. His teaching style is a combination of explosive conditioning, strength training, heavy bag work, technique drilling, and a number of ever-changing full body workouts to keep members pushing themselves.
      Alison has been a member at Champion Boxing & Fitness since November of 2016. In 2017, she wanted to dive deeper into the sport of boxing and began training with Johnny.   Alison's class is a mix of heavy bag work, cardio, and a full body workout that keep's everyone moving. When she is not at the gym, Alison is an elementary school teacher.
