Meet Other Trainers
Working from home meant we could vary snack and coffee breaks, change our desks or view, goof off, drink on the job, even spend the day in pajamas
As a head personal trainer I've gained experience in managing clients and trainers. Since 2008, I've strengthened my expertise in creating workout regimens consisting of weightlifting, stretching, conditioning, and most importantly nutrition based improvement. My clientele has been comprised of people of all shapes, sizes, professionals, and beginners ranging from 6 to 96. My goal throughout training is to encourage all clients to use proper technique while utilizing free range of motion exercises to execute an exercise. As Director, I am responsible for meeting with new members for consults and offering our services to help improve each members weight loss experience. My duties for my trainers consist of coordinating dates and times with new clients. As well as checking in with clients to make sure they are attaining there goals.
