German is a well-rounded Boxing Trainer and has been in the fitness industry for 6 years. He is a certified Personal Trainer and also has a MMA and conditioning certification. He thrives on building  personal connections with his clients while helping them achieve their fitness goals as well as motivating them to become their best selves. His focus is on boxing, cross training, and speed & agility training to help his clients become an overall athlete.

Gary Gioni is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt, promoted under professor’s Pedro Sauer (One Spirit Martial Arts, Herndon VA) and Nakapan Phungephorn (BETA Academy, Washington DC) Gary started training at 18 years old and has been studying, training and competing in Brazilian jiu-jitsu for nearly a decade. In addition to his martial arts endeavors, Gary has also been balancing schooling, with goals of pursuing a career in the physical therapy field. Along with Gary’s extensive martial arts competition resume and training experience, Gary has also built an expansive track record of teaching martial arts. Gary has worked with and taught martial arts to people of all ages, from a variety of different demographics and skill levels since 2012.     Nate has 9 years of boxing experience. This includes 2 years as an amateur boxer. His teaching style is a combination of explosive conditioning, strength training, heavy bag work, technique drilling, and a number of  ever changing full body workouts to keep members pushing themselves.
