As a head personal trainer Chauncey has gained experience in managing both clients and trainers. For the past 10 years Chauncey has strengthened his expertise in creating workout regimens consisting of weightlifting, stretching, conditioning, and most importantly planning better and more nutritious diets. His clientele has been comprised of people of all shapes, sizes, and ages ranging from 6 to 96. His goal throughout the training is to encourage all clients to use proper technique while utilizing free range of motion exercises to execute an exercise. As Director, He is responsible for meeting with new memebers for consultations and offering his services to help improve each members weight loss experience. His duties for his trainers consist of coordinating dates and times with new clients. As well as checking in with clients to make sure they are attaining their goals.
    I served in the Israeli Defense force as a sniper and fought in two wars, emabarked on numerous tours of duty, and received the prestigious "warriors pin".   I have experience instructing Krav Maga/self defense to many different types of students. I’m well versed in the craft, bringing stalwart military attitude to high intensity workouts, creating a sense of “unit” for all participants. I will draw out your best by constantly challenging you in new ways, fostering your strengths, and fortifying your weaknesses.
      Tu has been coaching for 7 years. When Tu joined champion boxing and fitness he started to compete amateur within the first couple of months just to try it out. He instantly fell in love with boxing and has been in the sport ever since because he love what he does. Tu loves to help bring out the potential in people and help them reach their fitness goals. The most common advice Tu often tells members is: "do the best you can because every day in every way you will get better and better as a result." Tu's training style is tough and dynamic. He will push you to your limits with intense and methodical training.
