Nate has been practicing Martial Arts since he was in middle school and has been boxing since 2010, two of those years were as an amateur. Nate has been an instructor since 2015. His teaching style is a combination of explosive conditioning, strength training, heavy bag work, technique drilling, and a number of ever-changing full body workouts to keep members pushing themselves.
