Titles : Amateur Golden Gloves District Champion

Stefon has been boxing since 2016. He has fought in the boxing amateur Golden Gloves and won the district.   He has played football as a wide receiver and a free safety.   Stefon is currently going to college majoring in Psychology. Stefon is always willing to put in the extra work to reach his goals.

Tu has been coaching since 2013.   When he joined Champion Boxing & Fitness, he started competing as an amateur and instantly fell in love with boxing. Tu loves to help bring out the potential in people and to help them reach their fitness goals.   The most common advice that Tu often tells members is “do the best you can because every day in every way you will get better and better as a result”. Tu’s training style is tough and dynamic. He will push you to your limits with intense and methodical training.
    Guy started his martial arts journey in 1998 when he enlisted in the Israeli Defense Force. He served as a sniper in multiple tours of combat duty and was awarded the prestigious "warriors pin". It was there he was also introduced to Krav Maga and it played a vital role in his survival. After his service ended he continued studying Krav Maga as well as kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jui jitsu, and boxing. Guy has experience in instructing Krav Maga/self defense to many different types of students. He is well versed in the craft, bringing stalwart military attitude to high intensity workouts, creating a sense of “unit” for all participants. Guy draws out the best of his clients by constantly challenging you in new ways, fostering their strengths, and fortifying their weaknesses.
      Nate has been practicing Martial Arts since he was in middle school and has been boxing since 2010, two of those years were as an amateur.   Nate has been an instructor since 2015. His teaching style is a combination of explosive conditioning, strength training, heavy bag work, technique drilling, and a number of ever-changing full body workouts to keep members pushing themselves.
