An instructor will guide you through a work-out that mimics the pros — just be ready to put on a pair of gloves and tear into a heavy bag. Increase your strength and stamina as you learn the art of throwing a hook, jab and uppercut. Keep your hands up and your chin tucked in as you learn the skills necessary to take control, defend yourself, and push yourself to a higher level of fitness.

Our Boot Camp is rigorous HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) full body workout that incorporates fundamental movements to increase your strength, balance and flexibility, all while burning fat and pushing your cardio vascular endurance to its maximum. HIIT training is a technique that requires a 100% all-out effort with quick, intense periods of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This method of training results in a higher calorie urn as you build your cardio endurance through anaerobic exercise.

Our Youth Boxing Program is designed for today’s kids, ages 8-12. At Champion Boxing, boys and girls become more confident as they learn self-defense techniques and discipline during fun, exciting and challenging classes. We provide children with a safe and clean fitness environment that allows them to progress at their own pace. As their fitness level increases, so will their self-esteem, coordination, control, teamwork and respect for others. Within each age group there are nine different levels of accomplishments designated by different colored armbands. In order to advance to the next level, or earn the next armband, students must pass a physical fitness test and successfully complete a technique demonstration. On average, students participate in two to four months of training before they are ready to advance to the next level.
